At Le Monde Gourmand, we want you to love your signature scent, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most orders within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and lightly used to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your fragrance items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
